Film Free Photography does not charge the school or club for these services. Instead we take a cut of any customer sales.

The photographer will provide an appropriate backdrop and lights. Depending on the theme they may also bring props and costumes, please discuss this at time of booking.

The photographer will need a space to set up the mini studio. A separate room is preferable but not essential. They will need to set up a backdrop and a couple of lights, this requires a space of at least 4 metres square and will take around 20 mins. The lights are battery operated so there won't be any trailing wires but power maybe necessary to recharge equipment on a long day.In addition the photographer will require a chair, access to refreshments and, if the job is longer than 4 hours, a meal break.

As long as the school or club is ok with it, then it is fine by me. The more the merrier.

All our processes are GDPR compliant and we take the security of the images of minors or vulnerable adults extremely seriously. In order to see any photos a customer would first have to pass through two layers of security.Before the day a private online gallery will be created for your school/club, this will have a unique link and a pre-prepared password which will be distributed to the school or individuals on the day. Within this gallery each child will have their own password protected album. Each album will have a separate password, only those in possession of the link and both passwords will be able to view or buy a child's photos. Exactly how the individual passwords are created will depend on the nature of the event. This will be agreed beforehand.

All the images will be uploaded to the secure gallery within 3 working days.

Buying through Film Free Photography is just like any other online shopping experience. Choose the pose, select the format, pick the size before adding to your basket. There are also a variety of packages available containing a mix of sizes and, in some cases, a mix of poses.All purchases are handled by my printing partner, Loxley Colour. Their prices are competitive and turnaround times are quick and efficient. They handle all payments and admin and orders are sent direct to the customer so the school or club does not need to get involved.

Only lighting adjustment, colour correction and removal of any extraneous items will be done. However if you have any specific editing requirements discuss these with the photographer at the time.All photos are edited on a professional monitor to meet quality standards for print, variation due to different screen display settings is out of our control.

All online galleries expire 6 weeks from the date of the shoot, if this needs to be longer then an extension can be arranged.All photos will remain on file for 1 year from your shoot date.  After this date, any selected photos will be deleted.
