Yes.  We can never have too much information about how the event will run, a schedule with timings and if there are any specific images you want.  All this information will help us to ensure that we bring all the right equipment and are prepared to get all the shots that you have requested.   We can arrange to have an online or face-to-face meeting before the event to discuss all the details; if this isn't possible we can arrange a phone call or you can send over your requirements via email.

Please let us know as soon as anything changes please let us know as soon as possible. We can be contacted via email, phone or text (a mobile number will have been included on your contract).  If the event is cancelled at short notice (less than 5 working days of the arranged date) an invoice of 50% of the original total will be sent to cover lost earnings.If something happens that means that WE are no longer able to attend your event you will be informed as soon as possible (this is why we take your mobile number).  We will then endeavour to arrange a suitable replacement photographer.  If no suitable replacement can be found any monies paid will be refunded without question.

Your photographer will arrive 15 - 30 minutes before the beginning of the event.  This will allow time for the photographer to get their equipment ready, familiarise themselves with the venue and to discuss any last minute details.At the end of the event (or at the arranged time) the photographer will make every attempt to contact you to confirm that their agreed time is up.

The photographer will need somewhere private and secure to leave their equipment, bags and any personal items during the event.If you have requested formal portraits as part of your event then a suitable location to set up lights etc, will need to be arranged.  This will be discussed prior to the date.It will be understood that a meal break will be included if the photographer has been booked for 4 or more hours.  If no meal can be provided the photographer will, at an appropriate time, leave the event to purchase and consume some food.  This time is included in the duration of the contract.

Lighting adjustment and colour correction will be done as standard.  All photos are edited on a professional monitor to meet quality standards for print, variation due to different screen display settings is out of our control.

Silver Package - You and your guests will given the gallery information at the event, you will then be able to access the online gallery to purchase digital images and physical prints within 3 working days. Gold Package - You will receive an email containing the link, password and download instructions within 3 working days. If you want, you can share this information with your guests so they can download their own copies. Regardless of package; your gallery will be linked to the Loxley Colour service where people can order high quality prints.

All online galleries expire 6 weeks from the date of the event, if this needs to be longer then an extension can be arranged.
