We would like to book you for your Complete Brand Imagery package what do you need to know beforehand?

Accepted Answer

Ideally we will have a short meeting beforehand to discuss your brand, this can be done as a face-to-face chat, online meeting, phone conversation or simple written communication.  The more information we have about your business, and how you want your brand represented, the better.  This is the time to discuss all the options and create a plan that works for you.

We would like to book you for Company Headshots, will there be a pre-session consultation?

Yes, absolutely.  Ideally we will have a short meeting beforehand, this can be done as a face-to-face chat, online meeting, phone conversation or simple written communication.  We will need to cover:Finding a suitable space at your premises to set up the temporary studioWhat you require your staff to wearWhat backdrop you would like, usually plain white but if necessary we can match your company colours or if you would prefer these taken around your premises then the best location options will need to be discussedWhether you need any team/company photos includedGuidance on how you intend to use the images and what sort of style you hope to capture

Question 3

I have booked an Professional Profile session, what should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Unless you have a specific uniform that you would like to wear; we find that classic office wear is the best choice.  Stick to dark, colours and avoid strong, busy patterns, fussy necklines or anything too revealing. We use a plain white backdrop for these sessions so, unless you plan to wear a jacket, don't come in a plain white top.Male or female it is a good idea to bring a few grooming items with you; a brush or comb, and any make up for touch-ups.

Question 4

Do we get to choose our images?

Accepted Answer

All the proof headshots will be uploaded to a private online gallery where you can select your images.  Whether you choose the photos for the individuals or let them choose their own will be up to you.These proofs will be unedited, straight out of the camera.  Once everyone has selected their images, they will be professionally retouched.  When the images are finished they will be made available to download from the same gallery.  Your package will include 1 headshot per individual, team or group but if you want to choose more these cost £15 each.

How do we pay?

Complete Brand Imagery or Company Headshots -You will be invoiced for my services after the photography has taken place.  Invoices should be paid within 14 days of issue.  If the invoice has not been paid within 30 days an extra £40 will be added under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.Professional Profile - Before your session you will need to pay a deposit of 50% of the package fee.  This can be paid by bank transfer.Any outstanding balance needs to be paid at the end of your session.  This can, again, be done by bank transfer, cash or we can accept contactless payments in the studio.If you decide to add addition images after your session these can be paid for by bank transfer or via PayPal.You will receive all payment details in your booking confirmation contract.

Question 6

Is travel included in the package price?

Accepted Answer

Travel within the city of Southend is included in the price.  All efforts will be made to estimate any other travel costs ahead of time and will be added to your final quote.
